A high-phosphorus Ni-P coating was prepared by electroless deposition method. The characteristics and corrosion property of electroless Ni-P coating were investigated by surface analysis techniques and electrochemical measurements.
Key words: electroless Ni-P coating, corrosion resistant alloys; EIS: Pitting corrosion
This paper details the use of non-phosphate and non-zinc corrosion inhibitors, able to rapidly passivate and protect galvanized coatings.

The objective of this study is to investigate blistering formation of high glass-transition- temperature (Tg) fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coatings in an attempt to understand the blistering mechanism.
This work includes research on the effect environment and corrosion protection systems (chromate coatings) on legacy aluminum alloy UNS A97075 with respect to environmentally assisted fatigue damage.
