Please consider the following terms and conditions when placing your order:

• Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
• Business days are Monday – Friday; Orders received during Holidays and over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the next business day.
• Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.  Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may take additional time. 
• UPS is the preferred shipper.
  • UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes, so please ensure that the shipping address is not to a P.O. box.
  • A phone number and e-mail address is required for all UPS deliveries.
• The shipping carrier chosen may vary based on:
  • Availability of the carrier to deliver to the shipping address
  • Delivery time accuracy of the carrier
  • Shipping costs

• All Book sales are final and non-refundable

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes associated with their shipment

• Customs requirements and fees vary by country
• AMPP does not have the ability to estimate nor has control over these fees
• Additional fees for customs clearance of shipped goods is the sole responsibility of the customer
• International shipments may require additional time prior to reaching their final destination due to customs

Undeliverable Packages

• Shipping addresses with missing or incorrect information can result in failed delivery.
• The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address on the order is correct.
