An Integrated Direct Assessment Pipeline Integrity Management Program (IDAPIM) is certainly one of the most versatile globally accepted and approved pipeline integrity inspection protocol. The systematic approach with risk assessment direct measurements and continuous improvement is clearly a holistic approach that other inspection protocols including hydrostatic testing and in-line inspection does not present. The primary hitch of an IDAPIM is the size of the data and the data integration and analysis requirements. This paper discusses the development of an on-line real time cloud based IDAPIM database management system. It will illustrate the primary features of the system its ability to update field data in real time and analyze both past and present measurements using readily available smart devices via a secured cloud based database system. In addition the paper will also highlight the advantages of having practically all the essential data readily available in real time both to the field and base teams for facilitating sound engineering decisions in real time. Lastly the paper will also show the key benefits of integrating these data in readily available geospatial database and the infinite customized reporting feasible for pipeline owners and operators to manage their pipeline assets safely and reliably.
