Topics covered include concrete condition assessment, joint and crack repair, concrete coating types as well as an overview of surface preparation, application, and post installation guidelines for quality.
The Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) Course is a 10-hour eCourse that consists of 11 lessons, 4 interactive workshops as well as quizzes throughout each chapter. The course provides an overview of the quality management aspects of surface preparation, coatings, and inspection operations that a Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) needs to know to ensure delivery of a quality product to customers.
Students will also learn how a program is developed and what policies, procedures and processes are necessary to achieve organization/ project objectives and prevent nonconformances.
