Commercially available steel coiled tubing were exposed to sour environments and tested by full size
bending fatigue and laboratory scale testing to simulate operational conditions. This paper builds on
previously published test results with new fatigue and HIC test results to highlight the material and
operational factors important in establishing the useful sour service life.
