混凝土的表面处理 Preparation of concrete surfaces prior to the application of protective coating or lining systems. Definitions, inspection, acceptance criteria & surface preparation.
HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. Two types of polyolefin resin coating systems extruded over soft adhesives on pipe for underground or submerged service. Surface prep. Application. Inspection. Handling techniques. Repair.
HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. Requirements for expert application of coatings to the interiors of steel hopper rail cars. Inspection of coatings and testing by instruments. Facilities, equipment, personnel. Plastic, food, and chemical industries.
Wax coating systems are designed to provide underground pipes with protection against corrosive environments. This standard recommended practice covers surface preparation, material requirements, application, and handling of hot- and cold-applied wax and component wrappers and wax-tape coating systems for the protection of underground pipe, fittings, and valves. This standard is intended for use by corrosion control personnel, design engineers, project managers, purchasers, and construction engineers and managers.
"Monolithic surfacing" means a continuous floor coating with a minimum thickness of 40 mil (1 mm). Surfacing formulation will usually include a filler or aggregate and a resinous binding agent. Historical Document 1976
Design, fabrication, and surface finish requirements with generic and graphic descriptions of surface finishing of welds specified in preparation for lining of tanks and vessels. Visual comparator sold seperatly.
HISTORIAL DOCUMENT. Application of coatings to the interior surfaces of rail tank cars transporting molten sulfur. Surface preparation. Coating materials. Inspection. Testing. Instruments.
This NACE International standard practice includes guidelines for surface preparation, material requirements, application, and handling of hot- and cold-applied wax and component wrappers and wax-based tape coating systems for the protection of underground pipe, fittings, and valves. The standard outlines material requirements for hot- and cold-applied wax coatings, and handling of the coated components, and includes five tables that provide material requirements and references to standard test methods for the various coating materials discussed. This standard is intended for use by corrosion control personnel, design engineers, project managers, purchasers, and construction engineers and managers.
This visual comparator is used with the latest version of NACE SP0178 (sold separately), mentioned in Appendix C, to determine whether welds are suitable for coating. This durable T Grade ABS plastic weld replica is molded from actual welds and includes 14 welds for comparison of various degrees of surface finishing (full-seam welds, skip welds, butt welds, lap welds, and others). Use of this visual aid will facilitate weld inspection by the end user.
